1. Who we are
767 Games is an entertainment service provided by Globway International B.V., Spoorhaven 44-46, 2651 AV Berkel en Rodenrijs, Netherlands, registration number 66882915. In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to that company and "you" refers to the user of the service.
2. What the service is
767 Games gives access to a library of over 550 browser games across ten categories. The games run in your browser; there is no application to install. The library is updated with new titles from time to time.
Access is personal. You may not resell access or share your access details with others.
3. Requirements
To use the service you need a device with a working internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Data and connection charges from your own provider are separate from the price of the service.
4. Age
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are not the account holder for the connection or payment method used, you need the explicit permission of the account holder.
5. Price, billing and renewal
The price, the billing period and the payment method are shown clearly before you confirm. The subscription is charged to your mobile or prepaid account and renews weekly until you stop it. Standard operator fees apply (SMS/WAP/GPRS/UMTS), and data and connection charges from your own operator are separate from the price of the service.

Your phone must be able to receive text messages and to use mobile data. Prices in other countries are shown on the registration page for that country before you confirm.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by sending an email to contact@767games-gi.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in a way that damages it or disrupts other users, and you may not attempt to access parts of the service that are not intended for you. We may suspend access if the service is used in that way.
8. Intellectual property
The games, artwork and trademarks in the library belong to their respective owners. 767 Games is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the listed brands, products or retailers. Nothing on this website transfers any right in those works to you.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Titles may be added to or removed from the library.
10. Liability
The service is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
